Our collaboration with EKTOS, a leading provider of electronics development, testing, and production, demonstrates how we utilize advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop data-driven solutions. Through this partnership, we have created a tailored API solution that optimizes EKTOS’ customer interactions and delivers valuable insights that strengthen sales efforts.
EKTOS aimed to optimize their interactions with customers and potential clients using a more intelligent and data-driven approach. Their goal was to provide relevant customer information to the sales team for telemarketing, pitches, and analysis, thereby creating a foundation for better customer dialogues and more targeted offers. To achieve this, they chose Ambolt AI as their technological partner, leveraging advanced technology such as LLMs.
The project’s objective was clear: to develop an API solution that could deliver relevant and accessible data about customers and prospects—available on-demand—directly to EKTOS’ sales team. The result? A system that not only ensures smoother access to customer data but also supports decision-making based on an updated and in-depth understanding of customer needs and preferences.
The API is designed to retrieve and deliver data from EKTOS’ CRM, using legal and ethical data collection methods fully compliant with GDPR. This allows the sales team easy access to customer history, previous interactions, offers, activities, and key contacts.
By integrating Azure OpenAI, AI with advanced LLM technology was used to generate precise and relevant data summaries, making it easy and secure for sales and marketing to get an overview of customer needs and interests. This intelligent data processing ensures that EKTOS receives updated and targeted customer insights delivered directly to their sales platform.
Ambolt AI also developed a data integration tool that gathers information about customers as needed. This feature ensures that the API is always up-to-date with the latest information on customer products, technologies, and employees, which is valuable for the sales team’s conversations and strategies.
To ensure an easy and accessible user experience, the API was integrated into a Power Apps frontend. This allowed EKTOS to access their data in an intuitive and user-friendly environment while also enabling them to generate reports on demand.
