A workshop with our consultants and AI specialists can help you to concretise and define your idea. Whether a couple of hours or several days are needed for a workshop depends on the scope of the project and is agreed individually. A workshop ends with a report outlining possible solutions and recommendations on how to proceed.
If you need to test an idea before full-scale roll out, we can assist you with a pilot project or development of a prototype.
It can be an idea that needs to be tested, or perhaps an introduction to a development project. The first step on the way to getting value out of data is the quality of the data. We therefore always start by looking at the foundations. Can the project be executed as planned? Or will the data quality/structure have to be worked on first?
Based on the problem and data, there are usually numerous options for solving the task.
In Proof-of-Concept, we therefore usually test several different strategies to achieve the optimal result. After examining your data, often in a pilot project, we can recommend the best solution and proceed with a development process that typically ends with Proof-of-Concept or Minimum Viable Product.
We develop and implement the finished solution. A large development project often involves some of the above steps in the process, while with small development assignments, the route from concept to finished solution is more direct. This is often the way forward with the many microservices we design and develop.
Where needed, competency and training courses can, of course, also be included as part of the handover.
When a project has been completed and handed over to the client, subsequent support will be needed in some cases. It goes without saying that this is also possible – generally on an hourly basis.
Perhaps you need our help to optimise solutions already commissioned or to help achieve success with ongoing projects.
If you lack the digital skills your company needs to be able to use new technologies and services, or simply the impetus to move forward with your digital investments, we can help with an individually tailored process.
It may also be that you lack the help you need to be able to seek investment, e.g. in the form of an Innobooster project, or to attract other forms of investment for the company’s digital development. A competency boost in the form of having one of our specialists attached to your company for a period of time is also an option. This might be via a Peer programming, for example.
We offer our clients consultancy and development packages, individually agreed according to the scope and nature of the assignment. The agreement can include everything from help to get started with AI, workshops, POC for development, implementation of solutions, etc.
If you need our help for just a few hours, e.g. for a workshop or a small project, that is also an option. We prioritise full transparency and always agree on the time it will take before the start of the assignment.
An ongoing agreement with us is also a possibility. Perhaps you need to supplement your internal team with one or more specialists, need a permanent sounding board, or you simply want to outsource some of your tasks or projects.
