Caliber 360 is a stakeholder intelligence platform designed to help companies understand and manage their reputation in real time. At its core, it combines continuous perception tracking with contextual data giving organizations a strategic lens into what stakeholders think, feel, and expect.
While Caliber developed the core platform themselves, they partnered with Ambolt AI to enhance a key user interaction layer through a natural-language interface. Our role was to
make data access more intuitive and user-friendly without relying on manual filtering.

The Challenge

Caliber’s platform provides access to a rich dataset across stakeholders, industries, and countries. However, that depth of data also brought complexity with long lists of filters and segmentations that could be time consuming and unintuitive to navigate.

Ambolt AI contributed to Caliber 360 by developing a natural-language chatbot layer that connects directly to the platform’s analytics engine.
